OUR WORKING COW DOGS

Cloud, 1994 Male.  McCallums Tim x McCallums Crystal.  Sire of 2007 High-Selling Red Bluff Bull and Gelding Sale Dog, Patch, for $23,000.  Cloud is a littermate to Star and Glory.  Glory is the dam of Amy.  Star and Glory have both passed on.  Cloud is co-owned with Woody and Judy Jackson of Graham, Texas.

Amy, 1999 Female.  Jag x Glory.  Amy has produced many great pups.  Dam of 2007 High-Selling Red Bluff Bull and Gelding Sale Dog, Patch, for $23,000.  Amy is a full sister to "Sug," 2001 Lone Star Futurity Winner.  Also dam of Lou and Hoss, full sister and brother Patch.  Amy is now owned by Pat and Gordon Christiansen of Durham, Kansas.

Jag is the sire of Sug, 2001 LSCDF Winner.  McCallum's Sledge x Roo.  (Whelped 6-12-95) Very strong on head and heels.  Jag's hip was dislocated while working cows and calves.  After a six month layoff he was run over again.  Surgery was required to tie the hip in.  He travels a little crooked and we no longer use him on cattle.  Has produced several good dogs.

Catcher, 2002 Male.  Jag x Star.  He is as impressive to watch work as he is to look at. A big dog that bites both ends and is easy to handle.

Tag, 2004 Male.  Jag x Bailey.  His dam, Bailey, is a daughter of Ace out of a Ben x Roo female.  Tag is another super nice Jag son.  Bites both ends. Watch for him in upcoming trials.

Gus, 2003 Male.  Bull x Bell.  His dam Bell is an Ace daughter out of a Ben x Roo female.  Sire Bull is a full McCallum male that is by a Roo brother and out of 3/4 Tim female.  Gus won the first Sundowner Cattle Dog Futurity, a couple of Open trials and was 3rd at the Sundowner 2006 Shoot-Out.  He bites both ends.  Below Gus heads.

Jazz, 2002 Female.  Jag x Star first time cross.  Exceptional female, biting both end hard.  Sister to Catcher.

Hoss and Lou, whelped 2002.  Cloud x Amy.  Full brother and sister to 2007 High-Selling Red Bluff Bull and Gelding Sale Dog, Patch.  Both are hard biting dogs that handle their stock easy.  Lou has done well at the Sundowner cattle dog trials.  Her first pups a looking good. Watch for them in up coming futurities.
